First Floor Plan – Duplex Villa (Mirrored Layout)
This is a duplex villa with two identical units side by side. Each unit is a mirror image of the other. The ground floor features three entrance doors in total. The central door opens into a shared family hall (ancestral hall), while the two side doors lead into the respective private living spaces of each unit.
Upon entering a unit through its private entrance, you arrive in the living room. Further inside, the living room leads to the dining area and kitchen. Each unit also includes one bedroom and one public bathroom on this floor.

Second Floor Plan
The second floor serves as the main living space for each family. On each side, there are two bedrooms – one master bedroom featuring a private en-suite bathroom, and one secondary bedroom. Adjacent to the secondary bedroom are a study and a public bathroom. The living room in the middle extends southward to connect with a balcony, making it a comfortable area for family gatherings and leisure.

Third Floor Plan
The third floor follows a similar layout to the second floor. Each side of the duplex contains two bedrooms – a master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, and a secondary bedroom. Adjacent to the secondary bedroom are a study and a public bathroom. The living room and balcony found on the second floor have been replaced here by a terrace, providing an open-air outdoor space.
