First Floor Plan
Upon entering, you arrive at a foyer. To the north is the dining room, and to the east is the living room. Furniture placement is used to define the spaces, creating a layout that is both open and spacious while still maintaining a sense of separation. The kitchen is located right next to the dining room, and a back door in the kitchen provides direct access to the rear yard. (If site area is limited, the rear yard can be omitted.) On the west side of the first floor, there are two bedrooms – one facing south and one facing north. The public bathroom is located between the two bedrooms, making it very convenient to use.

Second Floor Plan
The second floor has three bedrooms. The large room in the southeast corner is used as a living room, but if the family has more members, it could easily be converted into an additional bedroom. In the middle, facing south, is a study, and facing north is a walk-in closet. The study has access to a terrace, making the functional spaces quite complete.

Third Floor Plan
The third floor has two guest bedrooms, which can accommodate visiting relatives or friends. On the south side, there is a large gym – a space that fitness enthusiasts will surely love. There is also a study on the third floor, leading to an open, large terrace in the southeast corner, which is very convenient for outdoor relaxation and drying laundry.
