First Floor Plan

Upon entering through the main south entrance, you arrive at a vestibule. With its enclosed design, this space can also serve as a family hall in rural areas. To the left is a living room with a double-height open space. On the west side, the living room connects openly to a tea room, making the entire area feel grand, bright, and airy – perfect for receiving guests with dignity. To the north of the tea room is a recreation room, where guests can play cards in a quiet setting without disturbing others. A public bathroom is conveniently located next to it, primarily for guests.

Continuing east along the corridor, the dining room and kitchen are located on the south side. Both have independent entrances/exits, and a sliding door between them provides easy access – very convenient.
