First Floor Plan
Upon entering through the main south entrance, you arrive at a vestibule. With its enclosed design, this space can also serve as a family hall in rural areas. To the left is a living room with a double-height open space. On the west side, the living room connects openly to a tea room, making the entire area feel grand, bright, and airy – perfect for receiving guests with dignity. To the north of the tea room is a recreation room, where guests can play cards in a quiet setting without disturbing others. A public bathroom is conveniently located next to it, primarily for guests.
Continuing east along the corridor, the dining room and kitchen are located on the south side. Both have independent entrances/exits, and a sliding door between them provides easy access – very convenient. To the north is an elderly parents' bedroom, which includes a private en-suite bathroom, making daily life very convenient for seniors. At the far end is a storage room, which has a back door leading directly outdoors.

Second Floor Plan
The second floor is the main living area for the family. This floor has a total of five bedrooms. The bedroom on the far west side is the master bedroom, which faces south for natural light and includes a walk-in closet and an en-suite master bathroom. The other four secondary bedrooms – two facing south and two facing north – are all quite spacious. At the far east end is a study, where the owner works daily. The study has its own private terrace, making it a very pleasant and comfortable space.

Third Floor Plan
The indoor portion of the third floor serves as spare accommodation, with three bedrooms available for visiting relatives or friends. The third floor features mostly outdoor space, with two terraces – one on each side. The corner terrace on the west side is particularly large and serves as the main outdoor activity area for the family.
