First Floor Plan

The main entrance faces south. Upon entering through the porch, you step into a foyer that serves as a transitional space.

To the left is an open-concept living and dining area, which runs from south to north, allowing for excellent cross-ventilation and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is located next to the dining room. Inside the kitchen, there is a separate cooking space (or outdoor kitchen) with direct access to the outside, making meal preparation very convenient.

To the right, you'll find a south-facing bedroom suitable for elderly family members. A shared bathroom is located just outside the bedroom door, offering maximum convenience for seniors.

Second Floor Plan
