First Floor Plan
The living room on the first floor is very spacious and shares an open connection with the dining room, making the space feel exceptionally bright and airy. The kitchen is located adjacent to the dining room, making meal preparation and serving very convenient. On the east side, there are two bedrooms – one facing south and one facing north. The larger south-facing bedroom can serve as an elderly-parent room, while the north-facing secondary bedroom can be used as a guest room or staff room. As shown on the plan, there is an access ladder near the staircase leading down to a small basement, which serves as a storage room.

Second Floor Plan
The second floor is the master bedroom area, featuring two luxurious master suites, each with a unique layout. The suite on the left includes a study with a relatively smaller walk-in closet, while the suite on the right has a very large walk-in closet but no study – allowing them to meet the needs of different family members. In the center, there is an additional independent study with access to a terrace.

Third Floor Plan
The ceiling height on the third floor is relatively low, and the space is primarily used as supplementary accommodation. There are four bedrooms in total, with the two south-facing bedrooms each featuring a private terrace.
