This 3.5-story flat-roof villa blends classic European elegance with modern functionality, featuring a half-story rooftop and a spacious terrace for ultimate outdoor living. Exterior & Style: The villa features a warm two-tone facade—beige upper walls and stone-textured lower floors—paired with a red tile roof and clean, geometric lines. Ornate white balustrades, grand columns, and a dramatic arched window add timeless European charm, while the flat roof and half-story create a modern, multi-dimensional silhouette. Layout & Features: The 3.5-story design offers flexible living space, with open-concept common areas on the ground floor, private bedrooms on the upper floors, and a large rooftop terrace on the half-story. Multiple balconies and expansive windows maximize natural light, while the terrace provides the perfect spot for gatherings, gardening, or relaxing with panoramic views. Practical Advantages: Built with durable light steel framing, this villa combines classic aesthetics with modern construction benefits: fast build times, excellent earthquake resistance, and low maintenance. The flat roof and half-story maximize usable space, making it ideal for families who love both indoor comfort and outdoor living.

First Floor Plan
On the first floor, we have placed the living room and dining room – the two most frequently used spaces – facing south. With three sides of natural light and an open connection between the two rooms, the space feels exceptionally bright and airy. The kitchen is located right next to the dining room, making meal preparation and serving very convenient. In the center, there is a family hall, which in rural areas can be used to display ancestral tablets or religious icons. On the north side, there are two bedrooms, each with windows facing east and west respectively for natural light.

Second Floor Plan
The second floor features four bedrooms and one study. On the south side, there is still a generously sized living room, which also comes with a terrace – an excellent space for family relaxation and entertainment.

Third Floor Plan
The layout of the third floor is somewhat similar to that of the second floor, except that the bedroom in the southwest corner has been replaced by a terrace. This allows every floor to enjoy outdoor sunlight and fresh air at any time.

Roof Plan
The roof is directly accessible via stairs. On the roof level, there is a storage room and a laundry/drying room. The large rooftop terrace adds interest to daily life and offers plenty of flexible space for various uses.
