First Floor Plan
This villa has two entrances. The main entrance faces south and serves as the formal entry for receiving guests. There is a side door in the dining room, which is more convenient for daily family use. Upon entering through the main entrance, you face the foyer, with the wall opposite typically used for placing ancestral tablets. The foyer and living room share an open space, and the living room also visually connects with the dining room to the north, making this open-plan area feel exceptionally bright and spacious. On the south side of the first floor, there is an elderly-parent bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, very convenient for seniors.
